ALASKA KUNTZ

REALTOR®

Hey there! I’m Alaska—giant nerd and residential-architecture super-fan. I have a chemistry degree, an optimistic view on life, and I actually enjoy reading real estate contracts (someone has to, right?). Like the rest of the family-owned crew at Salz Home Solutions, I show up with wholehearted empathy, focused attention, and a promise to exceed your expectations.

With roots that go back more than a century in this state, I’ve lived everywhere from Boulder to Colorado Springs and finally planted in Longmont. My family includes my best friend and husband of five years, a toddler named after a Zelda character, two cats (Nano and Carbon), and two herding dogs (Archer and Lana—yes, like the show). We spend our weekends paddleboarding, camping, going on what we call “Tour de Playgrounds,” or staying home having lightsaber fights and building Legos.

I became a real estate agent because I love homes—from their structure and story to the way people grow in and out of them. I stayed because I love guiding people through something that can feel overwhelming and making it feel clear, manageable, and sometimes even fun.

Fun facts about me:

  1. I flew a Cessna 182 in high school from Erie to Boulder because aeronautics was an elective. Grateful beyond belief for this opportunity.

  2. I once won second place in a chess tournament in middle school... I lost to my older brother (who also taught me how to play). I can still play, but it gives me anxiety.

  3. However, I will play Beat Saber for hours on end. Challengers welcome.
