The Summer Reset: A Mini Retreat for Moms Who Just Need a Minute

The school year has ended. Backpacks are emptied (or maybe just shoved in the closet), and suddenly our homes are full again—full of noise, laughter, endless snack requests, sibling negotiations, sunscreen battles, and the chaotic beauty of summer with kids.

And while there’s so much magic in these long days, there’s also… a lot.

Which is exactly why we created The Summer Reset.

This isn’t a retreat that requires a plane ticket, a babysitter for the whole weekend, or a six-step packing list. It’s just one night. One intentional evening set aside for you to come home to yourself—before you’re swept into the full rhythm of summer.

Because the truth is, motherhood demands a lot from us. And the only way to keep showing up with intention, joy, and presence is to create space to be poured into, too.

So what is The Summer Reset?

It’s a cozy, intimate evening retreat held inside a beautifully staged Landmark Homes model home in Windsor—a space that feels as warm and private as your best friend’s living room. We’ll keep it simple and meaningful:

  • Gentle movement to help you drop back into your body

  • Journaling to sort through the noise and reconnect with your own inner wisdom

  • Guided conversation led by Becca Dollard, founder of The Motherhood Mentor

  • Light food + drinks to nourish you

  • Connection with other women who get it

You’ll leave feeling grounded, seen, and more prepared—not just logistically, but emotionally and energetically—for the summer ahead.

  • You—just as you are. No need to be further along, more healed, more organized, or more “together.”

A Final Note from Lauren

As a mom of two young boys, June can feel like a beautiful blur. I know what it’s like to want to make the most of the summer season—but also to feel like I’m running on fumes by day three. That’s why I wanted to help create this space. Not as another item on your to-do list, but as a way to step out of fight-or-flight and into something more sustainable.

This isn’t about fixing yourself. It’s about coming back to yourself. And you deserve that—especially now.

I hope we’ll see you there. 💛
