Hi, I’m Brennen Salz, Co-Founder and Employing Broker of Salz Home Solutions, a boutique, community-oriented brokerage based in Timnath, Colorado.

I help home buyers, sellers, and investors make smart, confident real estate decisions — from Fort Collins and Windsor to Loveland, Severance, Wellington, and beyond.

For me, real estate isn’t just a job — it’s an opportunity to problem-solving with purpose. It’s showing up for people during life-changing transitions and being the steady voice of reason when things (inevitably) become overwhelming. I’m especially passionate about guiding first-time sellers and buyers, because I truly love educating my clients on the why.

My approach is simple: tell the truth, even when it’s uncomfortable; pair strategy with empathy; keep a sense of humor along the way.

Before becoming a REALTOR®, I spent five years in digital advertising, learning how to execute high-converting campaigns and analyze data that matters. That background now gives my clients an edge — from marketing listings with precision to navigating market shifts with creativity and logic.

Since 2018, I’ve helped more than 115 families buy or sell a Colorado property. I’ve been recognized as one of Northern Colorado’s Top 1% of agents and awarded a 30 Under 30 award from NoCo Style Magazine — but the real wins are the relationships, referrals, and trust built along the way. I’m grateful to mentor agents, sponsor local events, and invest in the community in which we’re raising our family.

My favorite title, though? Dad. My two boys keep me grounded (yet simultaneously on my toes), motivated to build something that truly helps others.

When I’m not negotiating contracts, you’ll probably find me golfing, flipping Saturday morning pancakes, or planning our next family adventure.
