Hi! I’m Brennen Salz, co-founder and Employing Broker of Salz Home Solutions. Real estate has always been more than just a career path for me—it’s a way to connect, to problem-solve, and to show up for people during some of the biggest transitions of their lives. I take a lot of pride in my shoot-you-straight approach; my clients know I’ll tell them the truth, even when it’s hard to hear. At the same time, I believe empathy is the foundation of great service, and I never lose sight of the fact that behind every transaction is a family, a story, and a dream. And yes, I think the process can (and should!) have some humor along the way—it’s one of the best antidotes to stress.

Before real estate, I spent five years in professional digital advertising, sharpening my skills in strategy, marketing, and negotiation. That background has given me an edge: I know how to market homes with precision, how to read the data, and how to get creative when the market shifts. Over the past seven-plus years, I’ve put those skills to work in Northern Colorado, building a business with my wife that I’m really proud of. Being named to NoCo Magazine’s “30 Under 30” was a career highlight, but the real reward has been building relationships and raising the bar for what clients should expect from their agent.

I also believe deeply in giving back. Whether it’s mentoring newer agents, sponsoring local events, or investing time and resources into our community, I want to make an impact that lasts far beyond a closing date.

But my favorite title will always be Dad. My two boys keep me on my toes and remind me daily why this work matters. I love introducing them to new experiences—whether that’s a Saturday morning pancake breakfast, a tee-ball game, or a quick road trip to explore somewhere new. Outside the office, you’ll usually find me with a golf club in hand or sneaking away for a long weekend with my family. Those moments are my reset.
