I’m Brennen Salz, Co-Founder and Employing Broker of Salz Home Solutions, a boutique, community-oriented brokerage based in Timnath, Colorado.

I work with home buyers, sellers, and investors across Northern Colorado—from Fort Collins and Windsor to Loveland, Severance, and Wellington.

For me, real estate isn’t just a job—it’s an opportunity to solve problems with purpose. To show up for people in the middle of life-changing transitions. To be a steady voice when things (inevitably) start to feel (very) overwhelming.

I’m especially passionate about working with first-time buyers and sellers. There’s something meaningful about walking someone through the why behind every decision—helping them understand not just what to do, but what it means for their future.

My approach is simple: tell the truth, even when it’s uncomfortable. Pair strategy with empathy. And keep a sense of humor along the way.

Before real estate, I spent five years in digital advertising, learning how to build high-converting campaigns and analyze the data that actually matters. That background now gives my clients a real advantage—from marketing listings with precision to navigating shifts in the market with both creativity and logic.

Since 2017, I’ve helped more than 130 families buy or sell a home in Colorado. I’ve been recognized in the top 1% of agents in Northern Colorado and named “30 Under 30” by NoCo Style—but the real win has always been the relationships built along the way.

I’m proud to mentor agents, support local businesses, and invest in the community we’re raising our family in.

My favorite role, though, is Dad. My two boys keep me grounded (and on my toes), and they’re a big part of why I care so deeply about helping others build something meaningful through real estate.

When I’m not negotiating contracts, you’ll probably find me on the golf course, flipping Saturday morning pancakes, or planning our next family adventure.
