What you’ll need: Please bring a clean tea towel, a large mixing bowl, and a wide-mouth glass jar with lid. We'll take care of the rest!

What to expect: You’ll be learning from the incredible Allie Namath. With an extensive background in Nutrition and Food Science, Allie is passionate about all things healthy and homemade. She has spent many years learning how to bake bread, garden, preserve the harvest, and ferment her own foods. Now she uses those years of experience to guide others in the same things! Her recipes and food photography have been featured in major retailers such as Trader Joe's, Costco, and Whole Foods.

Along with a comprehensive class on making your own fully fermented loaf of sourdough, you will receive a banneton bread proofing basket, scoring lame, dough scraper, rubber spatula, sourdough recipe, and your own active starter to bring home. Please bring a clean tea towel, a large mixing bowl, and a wide-mouth glass jar with lid.
