When I’m not working with clients, you’ll find me teaching group fitness classes, spending time with my amazing husband and two adventurous boys, or chasing after our energetic husky-golden retriever mix, Holly. 

We moved to Colorado from North Carolina with a sense of wanderlust, and it’s been the best adventure yet. This community has truly captured our hearts!
