My husband and co-owner, Brennen Salz, starting working as a side-by-side real estate team in 2017. After establishing our own brokerage in 2024, we confidently stepped into our own separate spheres of genius.

Brennen thrives in negotiations and client relations. He’s steady, strategic, and deeply trusted. Meanwhile, I manage the marketing and systems that keep our business moving with intention. And as a licensed REALTOR®, I remain closely involved behind the scenes— supporting our clients well beyond the closing table.
