Hi, I’m Nikole Stevenson, Licensed Transaction Coordinator. My #1 goal? To ensure every client has a seamless, stress-free journey from contract to close.

I grew up in Estes Park and am proud to call Colorado home. After earning my real estate license in 2021, I started this work with one goal: to use my gifts by managing the countless details of a transaction. From disclosures and compliance to communication and deadline tracking, I make sure nothing falls through the cracks.

Before becoming a TC, I built my career in hospitality and property management—fields that taught me the importance of organization, leadership, and clear communication. Now, I use those same skills to support Salz Home Solutions agents and clients with precision, professionalism, and care.

One of the things I love most about this work is its flexibility. You might find me coordinating a closing here in Northern Colorado—or from across the globe, as my husband and I love to travel. No matter where I’m working, my commitment to each transaction is the same: reliable, detail-driven, and fully invested.
